Also one of the real estate companies in San Francisco told THE NET, the estimated property value for the house is $2,750,000 (N434,500,000) and since the U.S housing supports mortgage system payment, the 31 year old would pay about $12, 323 (N1.95m) a month. It seems Nigerian artistes are equipped for 2013 already and no one is taking a chill pill at all ……
